Do you offer price match services?
7Perfumes Shop does not offer price match services. We are a reputable online fragrance shop and we do our absolute best to remain as competitive as we can on the market and fragrance industry to ensure our customers get the best value when shopping with us.
Can I cancel my order or change my delivery address?
Our order processing systems are automated, and we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted and received.
Can I add my promotion code once my order has been processed?
All promotions codes must be entered at the time of placing your fragrance order in your shopping cart. Promotion codes be added after your order has been completed.
Who are our main couriers?
7Perfumes Shop main courier is USPS.
Why has the tracking not updated my order?
If you have placed your fragrance order but you have not received an update in more than five (5) days, please contact us at info@7perfumesshop.com.
When contacting us, please include your name, address, email address, and your specific request. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response.
Where is my delivery confirmation?
Once you have placed your fragrance order, we advise to check your junk or spam folder as sometimes it can fall in there. If you cannot find your delivery confirmation and have not received your order within our delivery promise, contact us at info@7perfumesshop.com.
